Kursbeschreibung

„Like the waves on an ocean, the ups and downs, joys and sorrows (that) we meet in our lives can be seen as movements in the ocean, giving true peace and room for caring for others.” Tsele Natsok Rangdrol

This year H.E. Mindrolling Jetsün Khandro Rinpoche will teach the third part of the profound text “The Heart of the Matter” by the dzogchen and mahamudra master Tsele Natsok Rangdrol. On the basis of this text, Rinpoche will provide direct insight into the view and the practice of dzogchen.

Tsele Natsok Rangdrol, who is well-known especially in the Kagyu and Nyingma lineages of Tibetan Buddhism for his great scholarship and his realization, was the author of two essential texts: The “Lamp of Mahamudra” and the dzogchen manual “The Heart of the Matter”. In these, Tsele Natsok Rangdrol explains that every human being has a luminous nature, which makes us all living buddhas. Through the dzogchen training of “effortless” meditation, this true nature of ours is revealed.

The view and the practice of dzogchen is timeless and beyond cultural restraints. It provides us – particularly in this modern confused world–with a way of dealing with the challenges we face in our lives.
