This five-day Mahamudra retreat with Acharya Lama Sönam Rabgye offers practitioners a wonderful opportunity to study and practise together the profound teachings of Mahamudra under the guidance of a trained lama of the lineage. Vipashana 2 and Viphashana 3 will be taught in parallel.
The basis for this retreat are the two Mahamudra courses with Lama Sönam in 2023. Participation in one of these two courses is a prerequisite for taking part in this retreat. Furthermore, people who have already participated in another Vipashana course, be it with Lama Sönam Rabgye or with another teacher, can also take part.
The instructions and explanations are based on the text of Dhagpo Tashi Namgyal Clarifying the Natural State. In the retreat, the focus is on both explanations of the instructions and practice. Both levels are sometimes taught separately, and sometimes practised separately.
In addition to the teachings and practice, Lama Sönam will also offer Tibetan yoga (Tib.: lüjong) and individual practice interviews
