Once again, in May 2025, we are welcoming Tsoknyi Rinpoche to the Kamalashila Institute!

After his visit to Kamalashila two years ago, we are happy that Rinpoche will again offer two courses in 2025 that will open our eyes and hearts.

Retreat 1: Key Points of Trekchö I
May 10th to May 16

In turbulent times, finding our ground within helps us stay balanced and resilient. This retreat will introduce and explore essence love as the ground of the feeling world and innate wisdom awareness as the ground of the mind.
Essence love or basic OKness is our birthright, always present within as the nature of the feeling world and subtle body. We can get disconnected from it however, and this can result in many problems and much unnecessary suffering.
Innate wisdom awareness is also always present as the nature of the mind. Through not recognizing our true nature, we endlessly wander in confusion. In this retreat, we will explore how to reconnect and actualize these aspects of our nature.

Retreat 2: Key Points of Trekchö II
May 17th to May 23th

The view and practice of trekchö presents the mind essence as the ground of liberation and omniscience. This retreat will explore the mind essence in order to deepen our experience and move towards increased stability.
Trekchö is one of the main practices of the Dzogchen tradition, focusing on recognizing and remaining in mind essence, which includes original purity. The mind essence is best explored in the context of a teacher who can give the pith instructions and clarify points of confusion and potential pitfalls. We will also explore how to clear away obstacles and enhance our practice.

Detailed information will come in January.

The registration will open on January 25th.

Registration prior to this date is not possible!
